The magazine selects and edits stories from the Times and supplements these with articles written especially for UpFront, covering such topics as drugs, education, peer pressure, business, science, technology, sports and lifestyles. Editors work closely with a national teen advisory board to make sure that the publication includes only those stories that are uppermost in teens' minds and relevant to their needs. UpFront already has a readership of one million teens.
